Bugged?

Having some issues with logging after getting stuck in the entering ship screen after buying a new ship then logging off. Now I can't log in to open play, private group or solo, but training missions is no problem. Anyone else have gone through this?
Posted a ticket and sent a message on facebook, but taking forever to get an answer.

Over 24 hours since I made a ticket.. How long does it usually take for them to reply?

Over 24 hours since I posted ticket. In every other game the response time is the max time it takes, not the minimum.

Nearing a 40 hour wait now. Is this normal, terrible customer support or is there a fire at the office?

yeah, if you don't see it in 'your tickets' then you didn't raise it. I hear support is usually very good, though I haven't used them much.

On the 2 occasions I have used support a response has been very quick, working day - in a few hours, non-working day, next working day. As suggested, check the ticket was raised and sent.

Did they fix this for you yet? If not and you have Horizons, try starting Elite in non Horizon mode.
Maybe that will jostle things back to normal.
