Bugs encountered during Odyssey gameplay in Thargoid affected systems

So after some time doing restore missions in Post-Recovery Thargoid systems i noticed 3 bugs affecting the gameplay

In no particular order:

Restore missions being offered to Active settlements (in Post-Thargoid Recovery systems). Obviously such missions cannot be completed
The workaround is to check the Sysmap if the settlement is marked with a grey X mark and is listed as abandoned or to check the nav panel to see if it has the small x maker over it's icon and is described as abandoned.
It can get quite annoying in systems with large number of settlements and a mix of powered/unpowered settlements

Restore missions not triggering in certain settlements (in Post-Thargoid Recovery systems). As a result, missions cannot be completed
The only instance i found this was in Bhotepa where 4 settlements belonging to HIP 110773 Future would not trigger the mission (no mission objective showing after landing at the settlement), where the said Faction was in both Bust and Civil Unrest states so landing at their settlements will have abandoned settlements with fires and bodies, in stark contrast with abandoned settlements due to Thargoid invasion.
Not sure if the States are cause for Restore missions not triggering, this is something for FDev to investigate.
More details in post #54 in this thread
Workaround: trial and error, or just dont pick missions to settlements belonging factions affected by states that would normally lead to abandoned settlements

Apex in Post-Thargoid Recovery systems are working only for the way out., but not for the return, leaving your ship stranded there
When doing restore missions in a such system, i like to set the base of operations in a non-damaged Outpost.
Sometimes a good reward may be offered to a mission located in a nearby system.
So i will be tempted to leave my ship at the outpost an pick an Apex
Which will work nicely to get to targeted settlement, but surprise surprise, after completing the mission you cannot take the Apex back to the mission giver system (Destinations not available)
I mean, seriously? i just took an Apex from there. So i will have to take the Apex to a nearby Starport, use InterAstra to transfer my ship and the fly it back to the PTR system. Wasting quite some time in the process.
Workaround: resist the temptation to pick an apex from a such station

Add your own gameplay related bugs in the systems affected by the new thargoid states, but please keep it on-topic.
Hopefully FDev will noticed these bugs here on the forums, even if people are fed enough with the Issue Tracker and dont confirm the issues in the required numbers

Missions like "fetch an item from x person at x settlement" and "deliver x item to x person at x settlement", or "get x item from x settlement", the person or item will not spawn.

You can relog, you fly off and reset the instance, nothing works. I even left one fetch an item mission, did other missions while I called over a small ship so I could land at the pad and use the ships station menu to verify that didn't have to be used to acquire the item. Nothing worked.

hello, is this the same?

Yes ... first two above mentoned issues I have myself reported earlier. Personally I do not like much this Frontier policy when bugged missions templates remains in game uncorrected for many months. I understand that there may be technical reasons, but ... there is not even decent information system how to give players know if this issue is known/ worked on or that this will be ignored forever. I better will not comment more about issuestracker ... :(

I find that quite often on ground settlements (under Thargoid attack) the 'restock ammo' option doesn't work properly. (It becomes greyed out with the spinning circle)
You have to go into 'advanced maintenance' and select 'restock modules' to restock manually.

I believe that is an issue related to the caustic sink launcher when it has a partial caustic charge in it. Best way to prevent it is to flush it before docking(and hope no other caustic charges are applied as you do so).

These 'restore mission but settlement is active' and 'fetch quests where the item is nowhere to be found' bugs wreck immersion and are very frustrating. I spent half an hour scoping out a settlement to perform a covert heist, only to find that the item wasn't in the locker. Would love to see these fixed, at least relogging being able to fix it.

Bugged missions are indeed frustrating but are in no way wrecking immersion.
As a matter of fact, they are very realistic, and they remind me of a previous job, where the communication was so bad that many times per week our technicians:
-were sent to the wrong address,
-were sent to the right address but wrong or no parts were found
-travelled in vain as there were no breakdowns as reported

I don't hate those missions for the bugs, but for the excessive immersion!

Ships have FTL drives, but data still cannot travel faster than light. Humboldt station doesn't know that the settlement is active now? That's OK.
But at least let me report that the station is already on, and don't make me drop the mission .
