Bugs with Zookeepers and Shops?

Hello,
My zookeepers are currently not feeding my animals at all. I've tried placing the keeper hut in all sorts of different places, I've tried multiple sizes of food bowls, placing bowls in multiple areas, but they only seem to want to fill the water bowl. When the enrichment items are placed, they will fill them with food however.
In addition to this, my shops aren't selling anything at all, I tried lowering the prices to where I'm making 10-30 cents of profit, and they still seem to get no traffic, don't know if that's a bug, but my scenery rating is fairly high, around 85% for these facilities. I tried researching the issue and the only forum post about it says I don't have access. Any help would be appreciated and I apologize if this is something I'm doing wrong rather than an issue with the game.

This was posted in the Update Patch Notes:
"Keepers will work out how much food they need to prepare for a habitat based on how many animals are in the habitat. They will then prioritise filling enrichment feeders before standard feeders. This can mean that if all of the prepared food is placed in enrichment feeders, the standard feeders won't be filled! "

Hope that helps! :)

Make sure you're using the right feeder for the species in the exhibit (easiest way is to filter the habitat items on species).

Do any of your animals actually starve? I've noticed Keepers will often ignore an empty feeder in a new exhibit, though they will fill it eventually before the animals start complaining about malnutrition. Could be they're only filling them as needed rather than automatically refilling each time they visit.

Looks like that was my issue. Thank you very much.

If shops work the same as they do in PlanCo, lowering prices will NOT make a shop more popular. Giving away free food will not make a shop popular. So, it’s best to charge the sweet spot otherwise you are shooting yourself in the foot. Charging too much, on the other hand, will make people turn away. But, it won’t make the shop less popular. The “same” amount of peeps will visit.

If a shop isn’t doing well, it’s the location.
Location, location, location.

if your zoo is small shops wont make any money at all because no one stays long enough to need to buy any food or drinks... once the zoo is larger and there is more to see and more reason to stay then people will buy from the shops more because they have a reason to... all the guests come to the park will full needs so if they leave before any of their needs drop low enough they simply wont buy anything and will just go home.
