Those blueprints are base game blueprints not tied to the barnyard pack, they should be in the blueprints list as the mentioned names.

Yeah I have Barn House, Coop Shelters under Blueprints - whether they were there before I researched I don't know. But I don't have anything to do with Shakes Stall or Cosmic that wasn't there before.

But they are showing when searching for Base Game items.
