Build projects

Hello.
The last couple of days i was thinking of an idea and worked it out a bit.

In RCT it annoyed me that when you build a coaster and got a piece to many or a piece that just wasnt working out, you had to pay to remove it. Costing tons of money.
The idea to have build & test the coaster before you buy and place it.
When there is no money to build it you can place it when you have enough money.

So its a Build project.
You also could build scenery and coaster stations.

No more half coaster, but total finished coasters.

* i hope you could understand this story, my writing English isn't that good.

Sandbox mode is free to build, and RCT3 also a separate coaster builder for saving track designs. Once they add blueprints to the next Alpha you will be able to build a coaster then save it and load it up in another park.

RCTW works like that. You can free build or Blueprint build a coaster, but you "pay for it" when you open it.
So, if you don't have the money, you can't open the coaster.

That's a nice change from the days of waiting for income to add one track section.
