Building Jurassic World DLC Concept

After unlocking Isla Nublar 2015 from Chaos Theory, I immediately went to work testing possible designs for Main Street, the JW Lagoon and dinosaur skin combinations but I was disappointed to say the least. Don't get me wrong the game is a huge step up from the original and since Frontier just released the first DLC, I thought I might throw my DLC concept out there.

First off, when designing Main Street I found it much more difficult to make than in the first game. Amenities have stricter hitboxes, paths have more constraints, etc. The thing that worried me the most however, was making the actual buildings on Main Street. Even months before the release I was worried we weren't going to be able to recreate Jurassic World in a game called Jurassic World Evolution. The first feature this DLC would include would be JW accurate building modules such as the amber towers, additional entrance modules etc.

Next I would like to add a feature I've suggested before and I think would make a fantastic addition to a possible update being released with the DLC. One of my top concerns before the game was released was to have 8-sided lagoons instead of the current 6. This would allow players to place buildings much closer (e.g. the Mosasaurus Feeding Show) and create much more unique lagoon shapes. Adding on to this idea the DLC or update should allow players to attach the Shark Feeder directly to a Lagoon Viewing Stand. Players can get an even closer look at the marine reptiles and recreate the actual setup from the film.

In the Return to Jurassic Park and Claire's Sanctuary DLCs from the first game both included a brand new tour feature to the game. This DLC would have the highly requested Gondola Lift from Camp Cretaceous. Being an actual attraction in JW and featured on multiple promotional maps, I don't see why we can't have it in the game. It works similarly to the monorail where guests can view the dinosaurs from above. Terrain can affect the angle of the rail but can't go through aviaries or lagoons.

The other highly requested attraction is the Cretaceous Cruise seen in JW and is also featured on almost every Isla Nublar map of Jurassic World. Some possible ideas for this setup include only being able to build a track on water or a prebuilt river system made when constructing the tour.

Staying on the topic of buildings I believe that the Raptor Paddock should be made into a functioning building. Raptors would still be able to break out and it can be deactivated and damaged by storms. Being another highly requested building I think it would be an excellent counterpart to the Velociraptor Pen from the first game. It works like the San Diego Amphitheater, providing viewing area inside the enclosure almost like the aviary from the first game.

Speaking of enclosures, players have been asking for the T-Rex Kingdom log from the film which allows guests to get an up close experience with the T-Rex during feeding time and I think Frontier needs to include it in the DLC. Not only will this building be a brand new attraction but also act as a more natural way of viewing dinosaurs in a Site-B type setting.

That just about covers everything and I know this is asking for a lot but please Frontier just consider the concept. It would appeal to so many players including myself.
Thanks
