Building question/Blueprint problem

I just tried to make a blueprint of one of my habitats. Before I did only buildings, that was ok. But now I have a sunken in habitat with water in it. I can make the blueprint, it looks as it should, but I can't place it. It tells me it would break through the terrain (sorry, not playing in english, so I don'r know what exactly would be the words in english). And the inner part (sunken in) seems to be red, whereas the walls and trees on the ground look ok. What am I missing?

(It is sandbox. In my settings all "colisions" are deactivated.)

Edit: just placed it. I can place it about 1 m deeper than it is in original. Very strange....

Ok, after doing some research and some very frustrating trial and error tests:
There seems to be no real solution for this - at least for me.

I read one very interesting post by a user who said, you have to put some gridded item beneath your lowest point in the habitat. I did that, but it didn't solve the issue, that my blueprint is always build one m too deep.

I tried some good blueprints from experienced builders from the workshop. There you have the possibilty to build the blueprint at any height, so you can even use those "show me" "hide me" signs. That sadly doesn't work with my own blueprint. So maybe it is in the settings when taking the blueprint? For me, the blueprint taken seems to save the literaly exact "m above or below zero" and if you place it in a part, where the ground is flat but not exactly at "point zero", it gets dug in or raised to "point zero".

Edit: Tried again, and it does save exactly one m below (tried dragging it over to the original build).

How can I fix this? Where is my mistake?

I've personally never been able to successfully place a habitat down because of the reasons you listed. I wish I had an answer to help you. It can be hard to tell when the bottom of the habitat is perfectly plush on the ground, not above or to low. If there was a way to tell.
