I was out puttering around doing my usual cargo hauling and I jumped into the Zoqui Xuang system. I had to go to the Hoften Enterprise station and when I got there it looked like they were building something right next to the station. I wish I would have got a picture of it but missed that opportunity. There were dozens of ships flying all around this thing too. Didn't get any information other than the message about high traffic and be cautious. First time I've seen something like this so it could be anything.

It is a Fed capital ship dock.
