Buildings and Habitats problem

I have an Animal Habitat i have Built but can not place straight to path need to turn a few degrees to place right.
Also Habitats need to be able to align next to path but that's not possible
So basically is there a way to turn a Structure/Habitat etc, very slightly instead of in lumps

No angle snap was no on but could not align to path.
Also annoying problem of not being able to place Habitat next to path

Was a Habitat i Downloaded from the Workshop.

RE: I have sort of got a work round where i delete the Habitat Wall, Move the rest, and then re-do Habitat Wall. Now aligned perfectly :) just a pain Importing Built Habitats and having to do that. No problem on Other items.

Tip: build the habitat first, then place the path. Once done, you might be able to move the fence even closer to the path if you so wish. There is also the path option to align it to the barrier, which routes the path really closely along the barrier.
