Bulletin Board Issue

Anyone having a problem with the bulletin board, when I connect nothing comes up on the screen, when I click on a different screen and then click on the bulletin board screen it will then come up, however recently I've done this repeatedly and the bulletin board messages just won't show up at all, I don't get any server or connection errors.

I have had the same problem. Every once in a while I'll get a <systemname> needs food or something similar. Most of the time it's just blank, though. I've tried clicking on other things, exiting the station and re-entering, going to other stations, and going to other systems. I get the same results everywhere.
