Bulletin board issues : freedom, minor factions and... Explorers influence

Hi

This post is about three issues : I) bulletin board "freedom", II) minor factions missions and III) the Explorer profession current LACK of ALL influence whatsoever on the minor, major, and powerplay factions of the game.

I) Freedom to choose bulletin board missions is very limited at low or even mid ranks

In bulletin board, I am shown missions of a too high level that I cannot accept because I dont have the required rank.
I understand that this system is made to prevent players from taking missions that are too hard to complete.

Why is it a BIG trouble nonetheless ?
Because it takes the slots of missions that I should be able to accept, with my current ranks.

This brings me to the second trouble

II) supporting a specific minor faction

It is currently VERY hard to support one specific minor faction in a station because :

1: the faction chosen often gives no missions that can be accepted

2: a single ship (especially at lower ranks) is not equipped to deal with all kinds of missions that can be accepted (mining, combat, trading, smuggling). The most difficult kind of mission for a "not so rich" player ? steal Xt of Y cargo missions ! Because it requires a ton of modules that are ONLY useful for pirating (frameshift interdictor, cargo scanner, hatch breaker, frameshift scanner to follow a fleeing target...).

3 : the combat profession, trader profession and explorer profession are very INEQUAL in terms of influence toward minor factions currently.

This brings this post to the last BIG trouble in current bulletin board.

III) explorer profession - no influence, no powerplay rewards... why ?

Here we reach the peak of the bulletin board troubles. There is a VAST gap between the three kinds of ranks, missionwise.

When you have a high trade rank, you have three kinds of missions : transport (get cargo x to point y) - smuggling (get illegal cargo to y) - mining.
All three have a big influence effect on the faction you chose to help.

When you have a high combat rank, you have three kinds of missions too, and they also have a good influence : assassinations (kill someone) - targets (kill some kind of vessels) - pirating (steal x t of cargo, see above about the fact that this kind of mission is INCREDIBLY hard to do)

When you have a high explorer rank... well you have two kinds of missions : messages from one station to another - and picking up illegal stuff to bring back.
Not only do you have fewer kinds of missions as an explorer, but BOTH have absolutely NO influence for your faction.

This game is great, but I would like to have more freedom to support a CHOSEN minor faction everywhere I go, as an explorer, because the explorer goals have currently NO influence effect at all.

Trading influences the dominant minor faction mostly but it is still possible to choose between smuggling and trading to help a faction. Trading is also great in powerplay.
Combat has a big influence on minor factions. It has a huge influence in powerplay too.

Exploring currently has NO EFFECT on factions. It has also NO influence in powerplay.

Why that gap between the three kinds of profession ?

Please, fellow commanders, help me bring up those three issues to the devs !
