The Sirius Gov Board of Directors issues the following BURN NOTICE on CMDR <snip>, as well as any/all of their associates in all Power related activity. They should be considered an unreliable and disruptive asset by all other groups involved with a galactic power.

<snip> et al have demonstrated a repeated and harmful refusal to cooperate with other pledged CMDRs, as well as actively acting in a manner detrimental to the prosperity of their pledged power.

While it is impossible to determine with certainty whether their actions are based in ignorance or malice, what is not unclear is that all requests by the Sirius Gov Board of Directors to come to the table and discuss the reasons behind their actions were met with either silence, or a simple restatement of their original intent. It is this persistent refusal to cooperate or communicate that we consider most damning.

The recent preparation of the Babaradhbh system for expansion, which has a negative CC profit after overhead, represents either a fundamental misunderstanding of powerplay mechanics by the players involved or an actively malicious intent. It also calls into question other previous preparations/expansions which were assumed to be perpetrated by unknown "fifth column" activities and whether they were, in fact, CMDR <snip>et al.

CMDR <snip>et al are no longer welcome in Sirius Gov controlled areas and are to be considered hostile agents by all Sirius allies. All others would be advised that they are unreliable and dangerous, and to exercise caution in all dealings.

It's an interesting one. Is it really naming and shaming in the normal way?

If all the parties are roll-playing and different factions have a 'spat' it's not the same as complaining about griefers, cheaters etc

I don't see how this is "naming and shaming", but it seems the moderators agree with you and my post has already been edited.

If I need to be clearer, the CMDR in question did nothing against the rules of the game. He did not exploit, cheat, grief, or otherwise subvert the mechanics of the game in any way. He consistently acted in a manner that was contrary to the well being of a powerplay faction, and some of us wanted to respond in an RP fashion with a "burn notice".

I guess most other people don't see it that way, so whatever. I'll leave my post here though, because I hate people who delete/hide things after they change their mind or things turn against them.

As mentioned Naming and Shaming is not permitted on the forum.

Thanks all. :)
