Burning calories while in SC

Heading to a 600k ls star from main star and I decided to might as well do some abs and push ups. The kids are asleep and nothing good on Netflix. Any other cmdrs work out while they transit.

I do the exact opposite of that, OP: take the Rift off, sit down on the couch, open up the laptop and check the forums. I have an un-fit nerd physique to maintain, after all.

See...

EXPLORATION IS AWESOME.

Keeps you fit, trains mental agility and i.proves the family environment.

Now we just need more tools and content for EXPLORATION.

And better, happier gamers everywhere.

Its a health and safety thing FD... you are obligated to provide more for ...

EXPLORATION!

I do OP, I have a shoulder injury and I get my fancy bands out and do some internal rotation to work on my cuff (which the elevated postion of my hotas aggrevates) in those long SC lulls.

Back when UA's spawned more frequently, I used to do one set each of bicep curls, shoulder presses and upright rows per spawn. If a USS spawned while I was in the middle of a group, I had to stop, get the UA, enter supercruise, then restart the set I was doing, plus any other sets I hadn't done from the previous spawn, *and* do a complete new set. Would usually get about 20 UAs, so it was about 20 sets of each total.
