Burning Stations, Rescues and Salvage Missions - how do I find them again

I have never done them.

Presumably 3rd party tools are handy here? If so what do use and what should I look for? Or it there a way to look for those rescue ships where you can get the salvage missions?

I have just find the damaged and repairing station filters on the galaxy map.

Currently there aren't any damaged stations - how often do these missions spawn?

There is a report on Thargoid activity on the galnet page (the one at stations not your right panel) as well which will list where there have been thargoid attacks, which stations are burning and which need repair supply deliveries. Iirc. I believe it updates weekly on Thursdays. Thargoid attacks esp larger ones are also sometimes announced via galnt news stories.

Terrorist attacks are less common and are announced via galnet news (at stations and in your rt panel).

Either type of attack could theoretically be a cg as well i suppose but the current cg is space trucking for the marlinists to build starports.

Presumably the stations needing rescue will be on the galaxy map? Having set the filter to show burning stations, am I right in thinking there are none right now?

Yes the current report is only showing one station in need of repair supplies.

The thargoids are not actually even bothering to attack the station any more, even if they enter a system..
The incursion state still happens, but the damaged station assets have not been enabled in the last attack runs so no more burning stations so no more missions on the Mega ships for rescue... when a station enters Repairing state rescue missions disable.

They are also expected to go inactive due to the Story line with salvations super weapons again due to deploy As more guardian item CGs were just run...
