Yes! It's available on XB1 as a download now, my nine year old loves it!
I find if I only play one game and no other I will eventually run out of steam. I think burnout is mostly a lack of variety. If you no longer feel the game offers anything (as endless threads will attest too) then it's time to do something else.
That being said, it's very possible to come back to it at a later time. Personally I play this Civ VI and Xbox with my son... Thinking about it I should get out more!
