Well there's the proliferation of weird "MAH DIGITAL FREEDOMS!!" conspiracy theorists but in practical terms this is completely accurate.

I'll reserve judgment, until I see what kind of microtransaction schemes they will come up with the next time. For let us say Fallout 4 and beyond. To say nothing is going on, would be to push the splinter far back into the eye, and hope for the best.

i just which they'd sell the DLC/Skins/paintjobs on steam as well >.< i hate having go to to 3rd party sites. they're probally loosing more money by not doing it. I know im not the only one who CBA if it can't just >Click >Buy > Start game >hey look my new DLC.

Giving all our money to Valve is not the best way to get those expansions some of us already paid for. So I respectfully disagree. A little navigation is the best way to discover new things!

If by weird you mean factually correct, then sure it's weird. I don't mind Steam personally but to just wave away legit concerns as if they're only held by crazy people, then that's just being disingenuous.

Steam - it's happened
Steam keys - are happening
Some may like, some may not and freedom of choice is available to everyone.

I'm going to wrap this thread up now, thanks :)
