In addition to my "backgroundless" users manual, I've added a PDF which contains all the button mappings extracted from the manual - and ONLY the buttons - no details. AFAIK I didn't miss any - and it isn't a piece of "desktop publishing art" - but may be helpful to new folks setting up their controls. Sometimes you just need the bare details.
