Buttons Unresponsive in Animal Market

I keep having to double click or multiple click the adopt button, the filter button, the refresh button. They do nothing most of the time and then the animals are gone. Is this a server issue, or the actual buttons?

it sure is... my way around this is that i dont play during peak hours... but i guess thats not applicable for everyone :/

I’m an Aussie, so I probably am doing things out of peak hours most of the time. Hate to imagine what it must be like for Europeans/Americans!

so you are about my timezone... i usually have problems about 7 hours from now. right now usually is fine. even on weekends.

A workaround that works for me most of the time is to close and then reopen the animal market. It fixes the unresponsiveness for about a minute before it becomes laggy again. Really wish they would fix this.

Just want to say that I am glad that I am not the only one experiencing this and finding it annoying to the extreme. I did find it happens a lot on Sunday - more than during the week (evenings) so I figured it was probably due to server congestion. I am not happy with it, but I am glad that it doesn't slow the rest of my zoo experience down, at least not much.

I have the same issue, although it's not only isolated to the actual trading list, but also to the list of the recent trades, most of the times it won't let me go to the next page. I don't know whether this is stored online as well, though.

It is highly annoying ESPECIALLY when there’s a really good deal and you are smashing the mouse but nothing happens. How ever as a little tip - if you click it once and nothing happens I find hitting enter key makes it do what you want instantly. Only issue that doesn’t solve is when trying to click on an animal and nothing happens. But refreshing/buying/page change etc it works

Really poor. Game should not be released if server capacity is not sufficient. Imagine the outcry if FIFA 20 users could play the game but weren't able to buy/sell players.

Im getting this all the time, on all buttons in the animal market but in franchise mode only, it makes selling anything long winded and buying anything really frustrating. Trying to check animals stats and then when you find a decent animal thats not way expensive having to mash adopt and hope. I have logged this as an issue, and so have others so I'm hoping they sort it out.
