Buying illegal goods and pirate stations

Just an idea. Some stations are clearly owned by Pirates. In those stations you should be able to buy pirated goods. The Pirates themselves will not transport these to other places bc most of them have a price on their heads. Now I would like for these goods to be legal ( bc a good hacker should be able to falsify the records ) or even better have a certain % chance not to show up as stolen when scanned.
They also should be relatively cheap.

An the other hand you should be able to sell things they need ( Meat, Tobacco, Drugs et al ) for a nice Profit.

The drawbacks are:

- If the Pirates do not know/trust you traveling to these stations should be extra dangerous.
- The market fluctuations should be huge, wanting to sell beer to the Pirates - well unfortunately they just caught a T7 full of the stuff. Wanting to by stoilen Palladium well unfortunately the only thing they stole in the last 24h is Hydrogen Fuel ...
- You still might have to sell the goods at a black market
- You might have to travel further afield ( if a T9 full of Silver has been plundered and you turn up in a neighboring system full of silver of dubious ownership it might give local authorities ideas )
- For the Pirates to entrust you with the good stuff ( there real prices Slaves, Gold ... ) you should be at least friendly if not allied to them.
 
Its a good point. There is a general ridiculousness that you can't buy everything everywhere (either in a Black Market or legally) - its just the prices should be higher and quantities lower so you can't make a profit trading them.

Pirate stations ought to have small supplies relatively cheap goods for sale reflecting the economies of nearby systems, e.g. previously owned" Consumer Tech near a High Tech economy. Maybe this would still need to be marked stolen so smugglers can act as fences, moving stolen goods from pirate stations to black markets for resale, but with higher profits due to higher risk?

Especially if they are allied with the Pirates they should get them for a discount.

and pls ppl don't get me wrong. I am not complaining about the state as it is ( having loads of fun with this game ) - but I like thinking about what could be done to make this a more enjoyable experience still.

New idea for how to get in contact with the Pirates in the first place. Yesterday I interdicted what I only can assume is a Pirate. He was in a Federal Dropship. With my Python it was a matter of seconds to destroy his Generator. If only I could have interacted with him in any other way then shooting him I might have curried some favor with his ppl by letting him go.
