Buying Materials @ settlements.

Shouldn't materials like Sulphur, Iron, Ruthenium, etc. be available for purchase at settlements? I mean, it doesn't even have to be all of them, just what that specific planet has.

I can't imagine in a true free market economy no serious settlement wouldn't offer these for purchase.

The idea is, for materials to not be buyable, so you can't shortcut yourself by grinding cash.
Or something.

I believe Sandro's words were "intentionally disconnected from credits" or something along those lines.
