Buying stuff takes forever. :-(

I typically switch to the mouse when buying and selling, is it bugged/slow when using a mouse too?
I can't check it myself as I'm currently 4500 Ly away from civilization working on satisfying Palin so he'll upgrade my darn thrusters.

Sorry you have a problem. Works fine for me, just like before, but I have left and right bound to the pip control on my joystick. Easy.
What I have noticed is that, if you try to buy more than the station is offering, it doesn't tell you. The buy button remains in yellow and you can click on it but nothing happens. Reducing to the appropriate quantity restores the purchase procedure and the stock disappears from the buy menu correctly.

I needed 192T for my cargo hold the station had more than enough of the Perf En for the mission supply was 3000+
using the cursor keys to increase it to max buy made it not be able to purchase the stuff. Had to decrease to 30T then buy 50T then more until got my hold filled.
I do like the new interface to the games parts but needs some work. so no throwing out your space teddy bears, but I will have your stuff if you wont play again o7

What is this "mouse" you speak of?
Toy for the cockpit cat to play with so it doesn't chase the beam lasers.
keyboard works fine, mouse - not so much
Yes, its bugged with mouse too. Going to be awful in VR I think.
If you have a keyboard, others have advised to using keys, such as left and right. Avoid the mouse.
I use the hat control on my stick .... push left to unload, right to load .... works well.

Nice, I have my hat set to do the same....I just usually use the mouse for some reason. Good to know that the hat at least still works well. I'm 6 jumps away from being back to the bubble so trading will be happening for me soon.
Even with holding a/d it takes 40 seconds to fully load/unload a cutter. Used to be that you could enter hangar, empty and fill your ship, and then hit the leave hangar button while you were still getting turned around on the lift, so the station would just bring you right back up once you are facing the right way and you can be back outside in under a minute. Now it takes as long just to pick up the commodity? Trading was already kinda boring but this makes it so much worse.
