By brain says play... my cheeks say stop... for the love of god stop!!!!

I thought I'd add one additional comfort tip. For me, I had discomfort at the top/point of my forehead, where the top strap has that elastic seam against your skin. I got a double-long soft wrist band (sweat band?) and ran the top strap through that. The result is a nice soft pad between the strap and my forehead. Works great! I think I'll try a VR Cover as well.

wow, 16 hours sessions I guess that's the reason for the lot of Anacondas I am seeing.
I never played for more than 3 hours straight, and only had a little bit of discomfort in the ears... oh and the skiing goggles mark :).

Actually my biggest problem seems to be 'not sleeping well' if I don't remove the Rift 30 mins before I go to sleep.
by that I mean, I sleep ok, but in the morning I feel as if I've been awake all night.
I'm thinking this might be the mobile phone blue light thing I saw in the news, but magnified.

The problem is compounded by the fact there's no time in the Rift in E:D, number of times when I come to a station thinking 'please don't be 3 am in the morning..... again.....'

My eyes are the first to go after say 2 hours, after 4 hours the itchy cheeks where my vr cover resides, after 6 hours the headache.

Ive now got a SPOT above my left eyebrow!. But cant stop! the BEAUTY in the rings. I slept in my DK2 in some ice rings just off the coalsack nebula. It looks so good. The size of SpaceStations and Rocks and asteriods , they get a massive wwwwwWWOOORRRRRRR!!!! LOOK AT THAT!!! " just look at this babe....", "you know it makes me feel sick when it spins...", "Just look tho...". "EERRR its all sweaty, how long have you had it on?!"
