As their Count I do pledge to right wrongs in the system, make emergencyy runs for medical supplies, hang out, and otherwise do pretty much the same thing as I have done all along. If there is a contested/overlapping claim made on this list, I will have my slaves contact both parties that they may resolve their dispute. After the matter of honor is determined, the victors are expected to agree to grant the title "Lieutenant {Count, Baron...} of..." to the defeated claimant. Sidewinders at dawn!

Greetings commanders,

As Baron of HIP 16858, I welcome all Imperial commanders to visit and enjoy the bounty that this expansive system has to offer. Don't let the 250k Ls journey discourage you, Hansen Port will prove well worth the trip if you are looking to upgrade your vessel or need some time to operate away from the hustle and bustle of the common trade lanes.

For you explorers, HIP 16858 is only a few jumps away from the unpopulated unknown of the Milky Way and Hansen Port will be more than able to accommodate your needs.

Also, partnerships with the nearby, successful, Zacuto Ring in HIP 18527 provides an excellent jumping point for many trade routes within this sector. Currently, I am working with officials in HIP 18527 to rout the pirate faction there that is disrupting the free flow of trade.

I'm ranked Earl (or Countess, because the isn't a female equivalent to Earl). Fotla is fine place; I'm there often on business :) I consider Capitol my home, but Cegreeth (with Manticore Muntions) to be my place of business.

In all seriousness, the only leader in the Empire with any goddamn conscience is your Princess and her Angels, and the counts and earls that back her. Maybe if she becomes the Empress, then you can start talking. Until then, I'm an Alliance man.

Countess Pistol Star, how do you plan on responding to reports of a severe sickness in Battani Dock in Cegreeth? Additionally, despite the revolutionaries still maintaining control of the sector, there is clearly public support for a return of the Empire there. Any plans to restore your demesne?

I love this idea, maybe we should also organise the Sidewinder joust? First ship to 40% hull damage loses and pays the victor a ton of palladium, in addition to the noble glory of participation. Might have to go on the backburner in light of the upcoming drama of Powerplay but maybe for the future? It would be a way to hone our combat skills for the inevitable confrontation with the Federal barbarians. :)

Good stuff, I'll have to get round to making my coat of arms.
As for the railgun sideys' - a bit spicy for a joust, don't you think? One good shot on the powerplant and it's fried Baron noodles. I was thinking more along the lines of gentlemanly lasers and multicannons.
We can save railguns for duels when honour depends.
