By Leave of His Imperial Majesty / Noblesse Oblige

As for the railgun sideys' - a bit spicy for a joust, don't you think? One good shot on the powerplant and it's fried Baron noodles. I was thinking more along the lines of gentlemanly lasers and multicannons. We can save railguns for duels when honour depends.

In an affair of honor, the weapons would be negotiated between the combatants' Seconds, with the proviso that if there is disagreement, the recipient of the challenge's preferences hold. (i.e.: if you challenge me, I have the right to pick sidewinders and frag cannons and if you don't like it, you shouldn't have challenged me)

Good stuff, I'll have to get round to making my coat of arms.

I've knocked a couple together for a few others (Jason Pegasi, as well as a few for two of the sub-groups from the Emperor's Grace), if you want I could always take a run at it, and you could see what you think. :)

The green indicates the systems primary market is agriculture, and the yellow backdrop industrial. The line increasing from left to right indicates it's a starport as opposed to an outpost, as does the Eagle (which can be used to identify it specifically within a system).

Opinions? (Always appreciate a bit of feedback) :)

As to the Sidey tourney, I'm a little busy for the next half year after June, so it's not likely to happen :(

Yep, Goose was kind enough to design this nice coat of arms for House Pegasi and Cemiess.

Cemiess_Heraldry.jpg

As he put it,

"The fleur de-lys are to identify the specific outpost (when you break it down to station baronetcies)
The Lions rampant are to identify the specific station (when you break it down to station baronetcies)
The inverted orange V indicates the system has both outposts and stations, it's orange to reflect the system is a Refinery based economy (normally, if the system has a second economy I'd put a different colour for the background)."

My family line has a claim on the Duchy (Earldom) of Cemiess, but I haven't pressed the claim yet because I lack the naval rank (damn naval ascension missions refuse to pop up :L)

I've been using (what else) this as arms for a while...

The Latin roughly translates to "Badger Bites can be pretty nasti" ("fear the badger's bite")

No, really, a badger bit my sister, 0nce...

Countess Pistol Star, how do you plan on responding to reports of a severe sickness in Battani Dock in Cegreeth? Additionally, despite the revolutionaries still maintaining control of the sector, there is clearly public support for a return of the Empire there. Any plans to restore your demesne?

During the dividing of the Imperial powers, Torval laid claim to the Cegreeth system while I was loyal to Princess Arissa. With a sad heart, I had to move on to Arissa's territories. My new system I'm responsible for is the independent one of Elysia, which I'm working to bring into the Imperial fold. (Sorry for the long delay, took a break this summer).

I do apologize for how late this message is.

I did once claim Mandjila and moved the SPQR headquarters there. However, ever since the creation of SPQR in March, we have been supporters for Senator Denton Patreus. Due to those of high power drawing lines marking their territory, we relocated our headquarters to HR 706 to be closer to the Stronghold of Sen. Patreus as well as preventing any future infiltration attempts from enemies of the Empire into the HR 706 Emperor's Grace. We will protect the honor of the Empire and Sen. Patreus.

I, CMDR Mongo Sensi, an Imperial King, leader of SPQR, do declare HR 706 headquarters of SPQR and will take full responsibility for any and all actions of the HR 706 Emperor's Grace.

We are and have been dedicating efforts in our operations for the development of HR 706.
