So you're saying that rather than, as some people might be expecting from attempting to interpret the description, the actual subgroups directly being merged, it's more akin to going from this:

HOLY CRAP! I literally just realised when clicking on the XBox and PS4 subheader there, that the respective consoles even have group and offtopic sections. Since they don't show up at all on the main index page of the ED forum! So some kind of cleanup and standardisation was most certainly necessary.
