Okay,
I hear two things on the forums with regards to feedback to the player.
Wanted
Currently: This is now binary for all actions and has no burndown, and affects station services.
Previously: it was a scaled and had burndown.
Notoriety:
Gained for attacking other ships (or is it just destroying)
More notoriety points for Player kills (longer burn time).
Confusion
Wanted and Notoriety are two separate things.
Both need their own In-cockpit visual burn-downs.
Confusion
tiniest of infractions leads to an in-system penalty.
Total local fines under a certain credit limit should give you wanted status, yes, but not cut off starport services, so paying it off, and oh, right, being ejected from the system to the
is a good solution - I see what you did their frontier
Now don't get me wrong, I was in a shieldless adder hanging out with two wings of FDL's camped outside of Lave Station during the CG.
No schenanigans reported.
And everyone was just saying hello..... because the tiniest of infractions led to criminal records.
Quick basics
my opinion of the C&P.
I'm a pretty legal fly guy.
But I do get up to the odd planetary scan, nothing I can't handle.
Cleaning out your ship isn't a big problem.
As for People being stranded.
Okay, sure, that's an oversight, and something the fleet carriers can fix as well as the hand youself in functionality in Chapter2?
It almost happened to me once, I had a 2D FSD and acidentally discharge my weapons near a surface port to collect some stuff .....learning curve was a bit steep
But thanks to a bit of jumponium and some economic jumping I could get myself out of that one time.
Maybe a training missions assisting the police(?)
