I just wanted to describe my first infractions with the new C&P rules. Nothing serious, no. No "Notoriety", just kind of simple stupid errors one makes 
I have been cultivating a bunch of factions in a small area of the bubble. Suffice to say plenty of good missions all around. On the way to my home*, I thought... ah look, here's some planetary scan missions at home. I'll just head there with them.
One, though, was a Security Scan... and so there I am with a bounty from my home faction, in my home system, in my hot ship.
"Right", I thought. Searched for nearest IF (which in the system maps, I presume are the "something Brokers" as they're not listed as Interstellar Factors), and it was on an outpost a jump away. Being in the Clipper, I thought, OK, I'll just jump in a taxi (Imperial Eagle), and go pay off my Cr500 bounty.
Get there... not way to pay anything - I needed to be in my hot ship! Right, re-search for IFs in the neighbourhood, and bingo: There's one, a planetary penal colony. 3 jumps away. And 530,000 Ls from the primary.
Ah well, no issues. So I switch back to the hot Clipper, point it in the right direction and go have a smoke, feed the dog, make a coffee and snack and come back just in time to land.
Great! Success! Clipper's clean. Back to my neighborhood, start mission running again, and then clip something on the way out of a station, speeding. Gain a reckless flying fine. Think, Hmmm, OK, turn around and pay that sucker off right now:
Request Docking permission, but only get anonymous docking privileges. And I have been looking for ways to pay the fine since. Any ideas? [where is it] [knocked out]
