I'm unsure why but it would seem the salt water crocodile model for the female is messed up to the point where it's aesthetically displeasing whilst being inaccurate.Here is a comparison of the male and female models to give a good idea.In my opinion if the tail of the female was just lengthened a bit the model wouldn't look so awkward as the male model looks perfectly fine.I understand that there is sexual dimorphism between C.porosus with females being smaller than males(as there is with every crocodillian).However the sexual dimorphism does not interfere with the tail length compared to the total body length.There is no reason for it to be so stubby compared to the male,no healthy female individuals display this feature.
