I'm playing the career mode and for the life of me I can't keep the water clean. All my animals keep getting diseased. When I look at the water cleanliness map it's always green for "being cleaned"

I've tried adding 3 different water treatment things all around and nothing seems to work. Curious to hear what others have done for this scenario.

It's the water because I added a brand new habitat connected to the water and had an animal on the way to be delivered and it said "Habitat cleanliess is a disease risk." So no animal had even been in it yet and no food placed.

Oh and they keep getting low welfare due to "last drink cleanliness"

This is so frustrating. I have so many diseased animls dispite rushing them to quarantine, opening a new vet sugery, hiring more vets and caretakers to move animals. I had to open a second quarantine and the caretakers just get stuck on the path right in front of it.


Sooo guess I wont be playing the career mode then?

Hi Yumbugs! What I did to get a gold star for this level is put a fence around the dirty lake, and made some new tiny lakes for them. No animals will get sick again. There is just enough space to do that in the Elephant enclosure and Giraffe enclosure. Don't forget to use water treatment for your new lakes/ponds! I hope this will help you out.

Yes. There's one water treatment and transformer placed by frontier to clean the lake. I added 2 more water treatment facilities with a transformer right next to them - no luck.

I finally just started over and did what @KarmaNikita did above. I blocked them off from the lake completely right at the start and was able to get the gold star.

Maybe its all part of the challenge of the scenario but I found it very annoying.
