Here's a list of the standard ship and spacefaring equipment manufacturers we come across a lot in Elite lore :

Lovely designs all! As you can see from these, while some do feature a simple strong graphic design that could be used as a standalone element in advertising (e.g. Core Dynamics, Remlok), the one thing that all of the major Elite corporations we're familiar with have in common is that their designs are all heavily reliant on
the company name to show off the brand.
The commercial decals we have available to us in the store are all purely graphic designs, without wording of any kind. In visual terms, this puts them in a different category from the Big Names in Elite corporate lore.
When applied to a ship, the description for these commercial decals says "PASSENGER" followed by a letter designating the specific decal (from A-L), so it seems they're intended as generic logos to represent space passenger transport companies.
This makes them handy to folk like me who create video stories set in the Elite galaxy, because it allows me to use a simple visual onscreen symbol to help identify specific protagonists in my stories. For instance, I've decided I'll be using this decal -
-to represent "Starstone Security" (StarSec for short) the corporate security wing of my galactic megacorp "Starstone Industries", because it handily appears as if it could be made of S's and dotted I's.
I'm happy to finally have something ingame I can use to identify the company on ships in my videos...but really I'd still love it if I could one day use the actual logo I designed meself for Starstone Industries, and cunningly wove into several scenes as product placements during an episode about the company itself...

But back to the original question, as far as all my research tells me, the commercial decals in the store do not reference any pre-existing coroporation in Elite lore.
