It's GPU is less than half as fast as an RX 6300 XT. This is pretty fast for a single 1280*800 60Hz display...but even low end VR HMDs push more than quadruple the pixels and tend to need higher frame rates for a good experience.
So, I guess it depends on what you're willing and able to endure.
