Can anyone confirm that the system ITZA doesn't show in the galaxy map when filtered by State and ALL are selected?

Is this just because there is no "Pirate Attack" in the list of states?

When they implemented the extra states, and made it so systems can be in more than one state, they did absolutely nothing to the filters. You can still only filter on one state. And as you've stated Pirate Attack isn't even in there.
It's lame as heck.
