Can anyone recommend me a good blue HUD scheme

....which works in VR and has enemies in a suitable colour

I expect there's lots of posts on this but I'm feeling a little lazy today - sorry!

Thanks

My fave. Easy on the eyes

<MatrixRed> 0, .3, .5 </MatrixRed>
<MatrixGreen> 0, 0, 0 </MatrixGreen>
<MatrixBlue> 1, 0, 0 </MatrixBlue>

Got this one for CMDR dree... and love it!
<MatrixRed> -0.17, 0.23, 1 </MatrixRed>
<MatrixGreen> 0, 1, 0 </MatrixGreen>
<MatrixBlue> 1, -0.27, -0.53 </MatrixBlue>

I read somewhere that the shades of blue are not halthy of our eyes. Can someone confirm/negate this?

Blue is the worst on your eyes. Amber and green monochrome are the easiest in regard to eyestrain. I drop out the blue values on the hud and get left with Amber, green and red. Works really well in regard to eye strain, but may not be the most glitzy/cool for some CMDR's.

YMMV with regards to blue. I have one of the blues from the NO2O thread as my colour scheme and I have had no problems with it at all. It maybe helps that I keep the UI slider low which also helps with god-rays etc.
Another plus for the blue is that it matches my clippers lighting.:D

Here's my favourite:

It's called NO2O Turquoise-Deep Sky Blue_Khaki-Gold by archeolog 108 in EDProfiler.

It doesn't look great in the view above but looks great in the Rift. Red contacts are changed to blue but it's a sacrifice you have to make with most VR-friendly schemes. NPC avatars not affected.

I use this one also like it a lot plus the avatars in the mission rooms look good as far as natural skin tones etc.

I have been playing with blue hud for months (several hours at a time). No eye strain or vision issues.

I tend to use any hud colour other than blue, for me blue is the least comfortable over many hours of play although i think it looks nice, i bought the vr labs lense holders and had my eye prescription lenses custom made by my local optician, they asked me if i wanted blue light protection coating on them and i said yes, he told me that current research suggests there might be something in blue light that may be harmful but it is not conclusive yet, i decided that for the small extra amount of money i would have them coated.

Yep. Aware of the speculations. Jury is out on a lot of this, but lens coating is a good option for those concerned or just change hud color. Will be difficult to avoid all those blue and blue white stars in Ed. I suppose my exposure is lower than a lot of people as I don't use a monitor (projector here) or smart phone. This is my current favorite too, however, after perusing the NO2O thread I'm going to give this one a try this weekend...

I've found this light purple with a few blue and whitish elements pretty nice. Menus are alien green but it makes them really easy to read even though the people look a bit funny. Radar works fine though.
I keep trying for a more interesting hud but coming back to this one, it feels so clear to my eyes in VR

<MatrixRed> 0.45, 0, 0.35 </MatrixRed>
<MatrixGreen> -1.99, 1.5, 0 </MatrixGreen>
<MatrixBlue> 0, -0.3, 1.5 </MatrixBlue>

That said here is a blue that I found somewhat tolerable.

<MatrixRed> 0, 0.5, 1 </MatrixRed>
<MatrixGreen> 0, 0.5, 0 </MatrixGreen>
<MatrixBlue> 1, 0, 0 </MatrixBlue>

Although I went back to the purple

Purple. purples are a little more vibrant in game, and greens are a little more alien greenish.
