Oh wait. These stats are from Pulse Disruptor. Not what i need. But i have them.
Elite Wiki is outdated as hell. These stats are not the real one.

I've been looking on coriolis... Think it could make for a really interesting bit of gameplay if modded the right way.
Would also have to take some serious skills considering the short range of the weapon and the jitter... Rate of fire looks to be pretty awesome though - especially if used in conjunction with Scramble Spectrum.
