Can Colonia Receive Better Outfitting/Engineering?

I love Colonia like no other place in the game, and it's a shame that the outfitting is so limited - A-rating any ship is impossible out there, with the only alternatives being B/C rating, or flying back to The Bubble to outfit your ship properly. With all the CG's and time invested in the nebula, I think it's time we get something - can we please get a community goal to create a station that sells everything A-rated, every module? Like Jameson minus the discount? It's agonizing having to cobble together middling-efficiency ships for bounty hunting out there. Please, can we get something? It's stagnated here.
