Can Horizons be purchased cheaper?

Buying Horizons for £25 does NOT come with the base game. It is a season pass. So it works the same way as the season pass would for any other game. Take Fallout 4 for example, you buy the season pass, you get all of the expansions and dlc etc, but you need to buy the game in order to play it. It would be like buying all the mods for a car you want without buying the car. You need something to use it with.

It would be nice to know what Horizons will cost for people who already have the base game on XB1. If its going to be £40 i would rather know sooner rather than later. Already got No mans sky lined up on PC

I'm in the boat of "I'm going to get it either way", but I feel like a lot of people are misled about what Horizons entails. Its basically a season pass. People see Horizons and think Planetary Landings only when it also includes The Engies, Multi-Crews, etc...

Yep pretty much people only know about the planet landings they dont look at the full list. They have a final part of the season for horizons that they haven't even told what it would be about yet.

I think we all would like to know chap, but I think it'll be more like £20-30

We'll get the 1.6 update and Horizons, I think me mind will overload. Fly safe everyone[cool]

I've got my hooves crossed that when Horizons hits Xbox, Elite will become a much bigger thing on Xbox.

I can't stress enough how much you dudes & dudettes have to look forward to. :D

If my memory is correct, the devs stated in a live stream some months back that those who own the base game on xbox will get $10-$15 off on horizons when its released.
