Horizons Can I buy 10 units of Painite for SELENE JEAN?

You can't unlock her until you've mined 500T of anything, so go and mine where there's painite. by the time you've done the 500T, you'll have the 10T of painite.

If you're really desperate I have been known to give 10T of Painite away occasionally. You will have to wait for me to get in the mood for more mining though.

I unlocked Selene recently. I did most of my mining at Njikan 4 A Ring (the inner ring of Njikan 4) and got 20 Painite before hitting 500 tons total. 10 of those came from one asteroid. I'm sure there are other places just as good, but that's the one I can vouch for.

So prior to Horizon I mined 1000's of tons, does that not count now?
I still have all my mine equipment on one planet or another maybe I'll give mining a try again, it used to be fun until..well you know

Delkar 7A is where I go for painite. If you look at the statistics in your RH panel, I think it tells you how many tons you've mined. whatever is in there is what counts.

And you're complaining about 10 tons of Painte? You do can that in one mining session! In terms of grind, this doesn't even register... Even 500 tons of random ore that needs to be mined is an easy requirement compared to the grind for Palin.

Yes, as long as you get the invite... If you haven't you will need to unlock Tod "The Blaster" McQuinn. When you rank up with him and hit rank 4 you will get the invite from Selene. You can see your invites from the right panel after selecting engineers.
