Can I buy deluxe edition after release?

There will be a upgrade/dlc to the deluxe edition for sale if you have the base game version, nothing is known what the price will be.

As far as I know the deluze edition will always be available, just not the pre order bonus stuff.
The Deluxe edition contents will be available separately after release also. So you will be able to purchase the Standard edition, and then purchase the extra dinos etc. The exclusive skins are the only thing which won't be available separately.
At this time the price for the separate deluxe contents is unknown.
