Can I gift Arx or Game Extras purchased with Arx, to another player?
No. It is not possible to gift earned Arx or extras purchased with Arx to another player.
I made an official suggestion to give us the gift option back in the store.

Very true. @LeoBartlet85 once said, for a company people keep saying are money-grabbers, they're pretty crap at it
It made FDev money and unlike pretty much any other thing that makes FDev money, nobody on the forum moaned about it *. I mean 'wow it's so unfair that I can choose to buy somebody else something' doesn't really cut through does it?
It was also used by player-supported minor factions to provide prizes and so on, which was great, community-created content in this game that people say doesn't have enough of that.

Yes it can be done, just login in the store with his/her account and then use your credit card number to pay.
I'm guessing it's because of free arx? You could farm a week's worth on multiple accounts and send them over to one account in some fashion effectively getting over the weekly limit.
I put in a support ticket confirming that my chosen method for getting it wasn't an exploit just in case, and the explanation I received was they are focusing on the weekly limit as the main point of interest regarding free arx. So any ways to get around that (such as transferring eventually from other accounts) would be a problem.

We are not talking about gifting your ARX in game, though. We are talking about gifting ARX packs in the store.
Or in case of Steam, just gift money to his/her steam wallet.
