Buy a second sidewinder, fly there in the new sidewinder, once there switch to Freagle and sell second sidewinder, fly Freagle to where you want it.
Dalton station? Yeah I had that problem too. It's 110,000Ls away.
No there's easy or convenient way to do it. You can buy a sidewinder somewhere, fly it to your eagle, sell the sidewinder and fly your eagle away so nothing's docked at that station. You can do it with your starting sidewinder too if you want; buying sidewinders is the way to shuttle ships around later on.
