Can I get early Access to Return to Jurassic Park on Xbox One?

Because I really can't wait.
Good things come to those who wait.
But GamingBeaver got early access on PC. So why can't I get early access on Xbox One?
Because GamingBeaver is a well-known dinosaur Youtuber, so allowing him early access gives Frontier more exposure for the upcoming DLC.
Specifically it's because he's essentially a journalist, as is Best in Slot, and as such get review copies for this sort of thing.
There's a threshold that has to be met before they come to you (usually it's audience size), if you only have a couple thousand subs, then it's probably not worth the investment/risk for them.
That makes no sense at all.They also have to factor in the cost of the two Raptors they send to your house, and the ACU team to retrieve them, when you breach the NDA
