Can I gift to a friend?

Is it possible to gift this game to a friend from the store? If not, are the issues with the gift vouchers sorted?

The gift vouchers should be sorted yes, I read a post stating so but have no link.
I think that's the only way.

Edit - actually scrap that, not so sure anymore... was just searching and seems to be people with issues still?!?
