Can I play this game on another computer?

A few weeks ago I decided to get the Alpha version of this game, and I love it! I love the ideas behind Frontier's games. Note I also have a Steam account but it's not available on Steam yet.
I'm currently running the alpha on my HP 15-ab222tx laptop. I'm planning on saving up and getting some time this year a Desktop PC which will be for PC gaming only and have this question.
If and when I get a new PC, will I still be able to play this game I purchased on it? Or is the license fixed to one computer only my ab222tx? What if I deleted this game off my ab222tx and downloaded it on a new PC since I'm considering getting a gaming laptop this year? Will it work or will I need to pay for the game again to get a license so I can play on a new PC?
I read that Frontier may provide those who already have the alpha with a Steam code when the game is finished and releases around Q4 this year.
I live in NZ and the best retailer/brand is alienware. They have a rig (excludes monitors/speakers) currently going for around NZ$2,700 which includes this model in the link. Would this be able to play the game on High settings 1920x1080p with above 25/30+ fps?

Windows 10
16GB DDR4 2133Mhz RAM
Option of either
4GB AMD R9 370 GDDR5 graphics card, or
4GB GTX 970 GDDR5 graphics card.
(Several people on Xbox say they want Microsoft to acquire AMD)
Intel® Core™ i7-6700 Processor (8MB Cache, up to 4.0GHz with Turbo Boost Technology)
I'm planning on keeping my ab222tx laptop for everyday use and a desktop primarily for gaming. I primarily game on Xbox One and Xbox 360 but I like to play a few games on PC, This Game, The Sims 4, and Cities Skylines on a system which is affordable and can play it with good fps and on High settings.
alienware is this best product in New Zealand retail from my research tonight, and what looks affordable too without costing you an arm or leg.
My ab222tx's Intel HD graphics can only play this game at 1080p low settings 2fps but when I switch over to my R7 graphics I get a more playable around 17fps. But the Intel HD 520 can play The Sims 4 on High settings at about 15fps. My HP 15-ab222tx specs are
Windows 10 64 bit
6th gen Intel Core i5 6200u
8gb DDR3L 1600 RAM
AMD Radeon R7 M360 2 GB dedicated graphics.
I got it new last year because it was the first laptop to release in NZ with Windows 10 AND a 6th gen Intel Core i5 processor. It's white not dull black colour, thin, and has an optical drive. I'm currently using it to play the Alpha.
Thanks.

You can install the game on multiple computers, and you should be fine - because the Frontier has it's own launcher, which you log into with your frontier account details you will probably not be able to log into a 2nd machine (at the same time) with the same credentials - if you do / can, then frontier will know you are playing two copies of the game and will know you have only paid for one.

Now I only have one machine, so can't 100% confirm this, but I'm sure someone has already done it and will confirm.

As for the machine above... Personally I'd stay away from alienware and build my own pc, you will probably get a better spec machine for the money than paying through the noise for branding, but that's just me, but yes, that machine should run PC just fine on release. Since the release date is still about 9 months away, it might be better to wait and get a better machine in 9 months for the same money - prices are constantly dropping as new tech comes out.

It has a high end respectable 6th gen Intel Core i7 6700 quad core CPU and GTX 970 4GB dedicated GDDR5 RAM the GTX 970 has a higher bandwidth (over 200GB/s) than PS4 (176GB/s).
I love how you can change the LED lighting colours, the slimness, and it'll fit my needs for The Sims 4, Cities Skylines, and Planet Coaster. And it's priced from NZ$2,800. Dell has sells regularly so I'm eager to consider getting this.
Alienware x51 Desktop gaming PC.
Someone mentioned alienware desktops are cheaper than laptops. I stayed away from desktops because they're not mobile. But they're right. Desktops are cheaper than good laptops. I'll be upgrading this year asap but I'll still keep my HP 15'ab222tx laptop which I use everyday it's slim, white, has optical drive. If the product overheats under New Zealand and Australian Consumer Gaurantees legislation if used and stored properly and overheats, Dell is required to fix it free of charge. Sony makes the PS4 compact too. Some people want slim and that's what they've made. It looks great from YouTube videos and the hardware inside it is for sure good enough.
