So even though I can run Cities Skylines and Planet Coaster I might not be able to run Planet Zoo?

As far as I know Steam has a two hours return policy. So you might actually try it on your own and just return the game when it doesn't run. From my understanding, minimum requirements are minimum requirements and should better be met.

Skylines not really relevant as the specs needed for that are far lower, pretty sure if Planet Coaster runs okay Planet Zoo should be fine.

If you can run planet coaster I would imagine you should be fine. I can run both but planet coaster is the one that makes my laptop struggle more.
