Can modular terminals be turned in as you get them or does Qwent require them all at once?
I've been hauling them around playing hide and seek from interdiction and I'm wondering if i can do a partial delivery.
Need to know before i make the long trek back to Sirius to find out.

Just to confirm what @GJ51 says - yes you can deliver part-loads. The same is true for other Engineers.
