Can not access stored ship on station when on foot.

So i left my large ship on some station.
Went on shuttle to home station to retrieve medium ship, i needed it. And guess what has happened.

Frontier? Can you tell Jameson Memorial to give my stored ship back, when i am on station on foot. Its not even funny and costs me money.

Solution might be to take that ship to another station, get apex back then grab your stored ship.

More than likely OP is trying to access the ship via the elevators without activating it first using the Inter Astra desk...
