Newcomer / Intro can not buy the game.

here we go again..

it asks me for my email and password..

which I enter, and it still says incorrect login/password.

all I want to do is buy the game.

A wild stab in the dark......Are you sure your email and password is correct ?
Try the ...forgot my password procedure...

Im not taking the mick but so many times I have put (Comma) co.uk or something stupid ?

If you can't recover your password please contact customer support. It's usually fast and reliable, your problem seems like a very basic one.
It may be because the login servers are still under stress (tho not very likely) or well most probably it's just your data is wrong.

I use last password and have for the last 4 years, never failed.

its a glitch which i'm sure will be sorted by tomorrow; like I said I have encountered this before in other games..

still frustrating as I wanna jump in.
