Ship Builds & Load Outs Can Not Find Advanced Discovery Scanner Any Where ...

I'm starting to wonder if my RANK (Trade: Trader & Exploring: Mostly Harmless) is not enough to even find an Advanced Discovery Scanner. I've checked the charts and travelled to 6 stations so far and none have it for sale. Any idea or tips?

I believe that the NETO system stations (Ising Vision and Citroen Hub) should be able to help. Only a few jumps from Starter Space.

Thanks everyone for your replies and help. But it would seem I just need to look in the correct place on the correct (which I had thanks to some of these very same tools) station. I had to look under Steller Body Scanners .... and there it was ADS. So once again a NEW pilot fails to explore ALL their options. I fear it will not be the last time I or another new pilot asks silly questions but thanks to all the fine Commanders here in the forums we too will fill the voids of space. Thank you.
