Can NPCs see in teh dark?

Okay players cant without lights but can NPCs see in the dark without them?

I'm guessing they have a better HUD than the rest of us.

well at RES I never saw any NPCs crushing at Astroids more often than at full light. My guess would be yes they can navigate even at this dark pitches.

( I do bounty hunting there like most of my time, and also continued it at dark sides of planets couple times)
