You know if you'd gone to support in the first instance you would have been 5 hours better off...

Oh, and just like most other people in the UK, they are having to work from home whilst managing a beta release too, hence why the response time is so long.

i dont know if you found it already but i have :)
when you start up the game steam shows you a product key, right that down
go to frontier website (https://www.frontierstore.net/customer/account/) and go to =>product acces key
enter the key and done :)

my key from third party seller does not work (steam pass it, but shows play demo only), i contact by ticket to frontier support and another day they fix problem.

horizons have a different key code to base game check you registerd that key code

I'm having a similar issue I think. I've played the game before but when I go to sign in with Steam it only says "PLAY DEMO" and when I try to login by email and password it says I haven't bought the game? Anyone know what to do?

Your steam account & frontier account need to be linked
